“The good physicians treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease”

- Sir William Osler

We believe in slow medicine and in the luxury of time. We believe in treating each patient as she or he deserves to be treated - with care, patience, honor and humility.

Mission

We offer inspired Primary Medical Care with a growth mindset. In a retainer-based model, we refine the art of medicine to help navigate and serve patients, so they can receive the best goal-oriented care possible.

Redefining the Art of Medicine

Wilmer Mills, wrote that “time is where we are simultaneously most human and most divine.” We feel, as Mills does, that if we indulge in time to understand the complex tapestries of life, we can better understand the world around us. The same is true in the practice of medicine. When we slow down our practice to understand the complexities of each human body, we can better diagnose and treat what ails it.

Dr. Victoria Sweet calls for the practice of slow medicine in her book God’s Hotel. She compares physicians to gardeners who tend plants carefully and lovingly, coaxing them to a healthy and vital outcome. We couldn’t agree more.

“Dr. Gross has that caring touch, both emotionally and medically, that makes a patient believe she cares about each one, and brings the pursuit of excellence to everyone who comes to her.”

"The customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced .  I would give them way more than 5 stars on a yelp review"

"The team is kind, smart, efficient and caring.  They have been my guardians.  In a day and age when it is very difficult to find accessible help within the medical system, it is a true treasure to have human beings answer the phone  with competence and compassion."

"I can't imagine having a better team to help with my medical concerns - they are always available and able to help"

“At 89 years of age it’s hard to find doctors with excellent bedside manners. Dr. Gross spent time discussing concerns and initiated follow-up care with me. It turned out I had a clot in my leg, and she immediately took action. In my opinion this appointment with a thorough and competent physician saved my life.”
